This is a memorable night dedicated to celebrating the Class of 2025 Hopkinton High School Seniors
alongside their parents/guardians.
The evening is filled with a reception, dinner, Senior Slideshow viewing (don’t forget to submit your photos by April 8th)
and dancing with a DJ from Party Excitement Entertainment.
We hope you will join us for this beloved Hopkinton tradition.
REGISTRATION:
$55 per attendee (ticket price will increase to $65 per ticket on April 20th - April 26th)
Tickets are for students and their respective parents/guardians only. We are unable to accommodate siblings, grandparents, extended family members, etc.
Tickets must be purchased in advance (no walk-ins allowed) and are non-refundable.
Should any family find the cost prohibitive, please contact one of the class advisors Kristen Murphy (kmmurphy@hopkinton.k12.ma.us) or Connor Zanini (czanini@hopkinton.k12.ma.us) for assistance. They will provide you with a code so you can register online while honoring privacy.
There will also be a cash bar. Please note any additional dietary restrictions in the comments section of the registration form. A vegan option will be provided if noted on the registration. Gillette will decide the dish closer to the date of the event.
TICKET PURCHASE AND SEATING:
Seniors and their parents/guardians are required to be seated together during dinner, and you may coordinate a table of up to 10 guests. No exceptions can be made to exceed the 10-person limit at a table. We expect the seated portion of the evening to last no more than 1.5 hours, which includes dinner and the slideshow.
You can either purchase tickets solely for you (parents/guardians) and your senior; or you may organize a table for up to 10 people . This would typically be for 2 to 3 families total per table.
Regrettably, we are unable to fulfill requests for tables to be positioned in close proximity to one another.
Note: Tables with fewer than 10 people may be supplemented with additional guests.
Once the registration is submitted, no changes can be made, so it's crucial to have comprehensive information for all guests, including names, email addresses, entrée selections, dietary restrictions and payment.
DEADLINE:
Registration, including payment, is due by April 29, 2025. (NOTE: Ticket price will increase from $55 to $65 per ticket on April 20th - 29th.) No registrations will be allowed after this date. In accordance with Gillette Stadium security policies, there will be NO ADMITTANCE AT THE DOOR WITHOUT PRIOR REGISTRATION.
ARRIVAL:
Transportation is the responsibility of each family and free parking will be available in Lot 6. Attendees will enter through the E4 Entrance (E3 Entrance for ADA Access). Print this downloadable map for easier navigation.
